|Recommended: YesOK for the price...but... — It's a decent place. However little security and it seems not alot of funding goes into maintenance. Staff is great when available and from what I've heard it's gotten better. But some decisions are questionable. There only seems to be one guy handling maintenance and everything else seems to take awhile before results are seen. Otherwise nice quiet place minus the occasional noisy neighbors with loud pets.
|Recommended: YesBrand new but so excited to join — I’m just moving into the building and am very pleased with my experience so far. I am a little concerned about sound but I haven’t lived here long enough to know if noise will be an issue or not.
|Recommended: YesA pretty great place to live at — Thank you for providing a great place to live at. I love the apartment layout design and it's generous balcony. The pricing is great for what is provided. And the option to have our own washer dryer within our unit is great.
|Recommended: YesSylvan Terrace has been my home for 20 yrs., and if you have to live in an apartment, there are quite of few positive reasons to live here. It's centrally located, easy to jump onto all freeways. It's got great decks, good inside space w ample cupboards and windows, and covered parking. It's near green zones, so walking in nature is close by, has a dog park for your pooch and it's close to the bus line too The management is friendly and goes the extra mile in general, and if you have any issues maintenance is always on top of it. I really like the lay-out of the apartments because they are more flat' like and spacious in a real way. I hope this helps

|Recommended: YesLovely place — This is my 9th year renting an apartment here and it is nice and peaceful, clean and quiet. Tough old, the building is well maintained.
|Recommended: YesMove in — Both Ms Elenor Pax are kind and caring people. They are easy to work with, listen and offer help if needed. I just moved here on my first day into my Apt there was a small succulent plant on the counter with a note that said Welcome Home. It really is the little things that count. Applying for the Apt and moving through the process was very easy, thanks to Pax. So happy to be a part of the community here
